Vince Starratt

Vince Starratt’s busy practice includes real estate, land use planning and development, business law, and wills and estates. His expanding developer practice is complimented by a large agricultural and corporate/commercial client base. One of Vince’s specialties is severances, which includes surplus farm dwelling severances, lot-line adjustments and zoning.

Formerly a resident of Guelph, Vince, his wife and four daughters have now made Fergus their home. Vince was previously the Managing Partner of Grant & Acheson of Fergus prior to partnering with SV Law in 2011.

Vince holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Philosophy and a Master of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Waterloo. Vince received his Bachelor of Laws Degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto.

Vince is an avid woodworker and carpenter when time permits and has enjoyed renovating old homes. He currently serves on the Board of the Elora Festival and is the  former President of the Wellington Law Association.
